I just watched this short video on BigThink about Ethan Hawke’s thoughts on the power of speech, integrity, and how Donald Trump uses this power. A very thought-provoking piece to stimulate your mind. Watch it and let me know what you guys think!
Have a great day and happy hump day!
I thought I was going to get back into blogging mode, but ever since I started in the ICU my life has basically revolved around work and resting when I can and traveling whenever possible. So I do apologize for the lack of content! I do hope to get back into blogging because I have a few blog posts I want to write about including all the places I’ve gone camping in the recent months, how to camp alone, what gear to use, etc. For now, I’ve made another playlist for your hearing pleasure! I hope you enjoy!
Have a lovely weekend!
I know it’s been a while since my last post, but I just wanted to check in and share a new playlist I just made. It’s currently pouring here in Florida and I’m off today, but back to work tomorrow so I’m just hanging out at my apt listening to music and relaxing.
Hope you guys are having an awesome weekend!
*Playlist at the end 🙂
Good morning friends and happy Tuesday!
It was kind of a struggle to get out of bed this morning, but I kept snoozing until I finally rolled out of bed to go shoot sunrise. Now that I go out to shoot on a pretty regular basis I typically choose to shoot sunrise/sunset or during golden hour. Those are definitely my favorite times to shoot for obvious reasons. Sunrise the last two mornings wasn’t as impressive as some that I’ve seen here in Florida, but I kind of expected this because there were no clouds both mornings. That’s why I wanted to make sure I got out of bed this morning because I saw in the weather forecast that it was going to be cloudy today and if you didn’t know already, clouds MAKE the sunrises and sunsets. Now if only I could find out which type of clouds make the best sunrises/sunsets. If anyone knows, please share in the comments below! Anyway, here are some shots from earlier:
This was at Lake Rowena in Orlando, which is right across from the Orlando Museum of Art on Mills. I’ve noticed this lake always has gorgeous views of sunrise, but there is no where to park! The neighborhood that is closest does not allow any street parking. -__- So I basically cheated and parked at a business nearby since I wasn’t planning to stay long anyway.
I hope the residents who live around this lake appreciate the beauty they have every day.
The reflection from the lake was on point today!
Also, I wanted to share a mix by Jarami, a Swedish duo. It’s almost a solid hour of R&B goodness with an extra side of funk. Definitely a mix to groove out to. Enjoy and make today a good one!
