Lately I’ve been trying to use my time in my day wisely by doing things that feed my mind, body, and soul. I’m going to make it my goal to do something every day to take care of these three components. It’s so easy to get caught up with daily life and forget about taking care of yourself, but I’m so blessed to have met some amazing people recently who have had so much of a positive impact and I’m just feeding off their energy. They say the people you spend most of your time with define who you are and I truly believe in this! I don’t want to surround my LIMITED time on this earth with people with negative energy. I kind of feel high on life and I don’t want this feeling to stop. I won’t let it stop.
What are you doing today to feed your mind, body, and soul? Today I watched some TED Talks for my mind. Another great website to feed your mind is Big Think. For my body I fed myself some delicious food and am about to do some leg workouts after this post. And for my soul I’ve been jamming out to some music, which is something that always feeds my soul.
